Eric Harmon is head instructor. He started practicing Shotokan Karate at the age of 18 way back in 1983. Eric is known as one of the fiercest and fastest men in Kumite! He is an absolute perfectionist regarding form. He specializes in teaching children of Alta/Dutch Flat School, Teens of Colfax High School, and children of the Baptist Church.
